Akerys is one of the most important real estate developer in the south of France. Covering all the value chain from building to real estate sales.
Akerys was searching to improve this last step as it is crucial for the company to seal the deals in a minimum of time.
Akerys needed a centralized but also innovative tool to improve their sales. For this purpose, we were asked to develop an app dedicated to sales representatives to show real estate features to their leads on an iPad.
We created an app that reached the 2 goals of Akerys in this project :
- A full-web back-office for their catalogues creation (pictures, videos, links, geolocation).
- An iPad app to show real estate property, including a CRM, to save lead informations.
The iPad app is running offline : data exchanges – from product catalogue to CRM informations – are transmitted by a synchronized process.
