Need

To go with the evolution of its existing products, Honeywell Safety & Productivity Solutions wanted to update the SDK (Software development Kit) that allows its clients to connect to Honeywell systems.

The idea was to find a partner able to provide – with its expertise – the evolution of embedded softwares in order to offer systems compatibility using the latest image capture software generations available.

Solution

As a real core component that drives image sensors, Android’s Camera API has evolved to a new generation : Camera2. In order to maintain a good compatibility of this API with Honeywell SDK, DocDoku completed an iso-functional update for this lastest version.

From the understanding of needs to delivrery, Honeywell underlines “an obvious expertise and a very good communication that has assured a total success to the project”.

TableOnline

Created in Toulouse in 2007, TableOnline is offering web users to book  a restaurant table online or on a mobile application, and providing a solution for restaurant owner to control their e-reputation.

Now referencing more than a thousand of restaurants in six countries, TableOnline is providing pictures, menus and regularly updated restaurant informations to visitors, and a webmarketing tool for restaurant owners : Guest Online.

Need

In order to reach the largest possible audience and to truly stand out from their emerging competitors, TableOnline had to be available on Android smartphones too and therefore chosen to benefit from our expertise.

Solution

We developed for TableOnline a mobile application for restaurant booking thanks to the native Android SDK platforms. In addition, restaurant owners benefit from a web interface to manage customer requests, seating plans…

Created in 2010, Webinage has two activities : one is consulting, support and software tools integration, the second is software publishing, based on a platform called “the Digital Concierge”. Webinage has eight collaborators. Its headquarters and Sales department are in Neufchâtel-Hardelot, whereas its technical department is in Toulouse.

Need

At the beginning of our collaboration in July 2010, Webinage was looking for a true technological partner to conceive the architecture and develop the first version of Webinage software, mainly dedicated to elderly and disabled persons homecare. The complexity was high at several levels : architecture choice (front-end / back-end, face-to-face, VoIP, video & audio acquisition…), ergonomics (senior target), technologies used by the customer at the dawn of HTML5 and touchpads emergence.
